The first one is for MOK, a TV programme on PlayTV. The second one I think it's related with MOK programme too.
Update: Yep, I was right. BRA08 is going to be given for those who said the correct number of "balas" that were in this video. The winners are here and they will probably receive the badge. This competition was presented by a member of MOK.

Update2: The info given is wrong. BRA08 is going to be used in some campaign related with a magazine called MAD.
