Hmm this could just be a completely random guess but Habbo camera's could be coming back for Habboween judging by the stickers but thats just my thoery.

the pirate stuff is for the talk like a pirate day this weekend in US
the halloween stuff does however have an odd "camera" theme to them.
if im not mistaken i'd say that was a template for pictures but a BIG on maybe for home pages at the top?
The first thing that came to mine with that rather wide photo sticker, was showing our films we create on our group page or homepage - i.e. perhaps a Habbowood/Habboween merged campaign lookslike a possibility.
i don't even think this is for habboween i think is just the habbowod |-)
