The first one (FR012) is for a Smackdown vs Raw sponsership in France, FI004 says Miss M, dunno what thats for and the last one, FI003, is for some sponsership in Finland, group page can be found here.
UPDATE:
Just found out that Miss M is for Miss Mix which is a Finnish fasion magazine. Also has a group background.
