The bad news is that the old games (like Battleball and Snowstorm) are not coming back :(
The good news is that there will new games at some point in the future :)

the only reason why habbo jp closed down is because of ss and bb, ss and bb made sulake lose money and they almost wanted to close habbo sg and others too..

You know this sucks as Battleball and Snowstorm were one of the main pillar in Habbo and it would just be flicked off just like that? I bet the new game would suck.
