New Customer Service Tool

It seems Habbo is prepping for the merge as a new Customer Support system has been found (thanks to Shenk for the heads up), it seems this new system uses a different login then your Habbo one.

The new system has a much more featured FAQ and also a function to follow your support ticket which will be handy to some useless to others, as of yet it seems the staff aren't using it to support customers (been waiting 5 hours for an answer). Also you will notice it says Habbo Singapore, we do not know what this means and we are sure it is a bug.

The new Habbo Help Tool has been gone under testing for around a month now. The reason why it says Habbo Singapore, is because Sulake are using them as the testing ground, before they release it to the world.

Message To Thorn: It's not a bug it is specially for Habbo SG's player. I used it and it takes 1-3 days for the staffs to answer the questions.There's no bug in it I've been using it since 2-3 weeks ago. :party: (H)

Singapore is not a bug, Sulake has contracted out all Moderation to a Singaporean company. Therefore, they'll also be dealing with Customer Support via this panel, I'd suspect.

The reason it says Habbo Singapore, is because of international work laws, not allowing people inside Singapore and Outside of Singapore, to work in either place, internationally. Therefore, the SG Hotel Office is still being kept in-tact, as the base of operations for this new system.
