There's badges in the achievements for Valentines quests or something.

You've probably updated as I type this, but Habbo.com vanished for a maintinence break, and it is back with Valentines quest badges showing up under achievements.

Bots are Habbo Robots. You can program them to react at a word and they can walk around the room themselves.
There was a project to make Habbo Bots available for all Habbo's but unluckily they've discontinued that projec
Osma said on twitter that they decided to go with Wired furni rather than bringing Bots to the catalogue.
Sulake programmers and designers are not skill enough to do the BOTS project. Better hire better programmers eh sulake? :P
