Sulake is still undergoing updates as we speak while the hotel is still live, I am thinking there will be another down soon. As there are more updates to come.

There are also new hairstyles and maybe new clothes?
On your friends list, next to your friends name, it has an arrow pointing down and lets you add a "relationship"

I think the update isn't finish. Some little changes now under the quickprofiles and the ingame profiles (relationship).
