Make the site more habbo-fansite-y, it's really dull and boring, make it more fun, more habboy and just generally more entertaining, a forum would be nice, so we can show things off, get updates from staff, share our own news and rumours.

WIRED Condition: Furni has no users.
Triggering is Allowed if there is no user on all the selected furni.
This could be nice for some few games.
For example, the gate opens only if there is no player sitting on the chair.
