This badge isn't for Habbo Spain, it's for United States :P
The user who found it over on [url=http://www.habborator.org/msgboard/thread.php?forum=3&thread=16]Habborator[/url] is from the Spanish hotel, hence he uses the Spanish domain, its actually uploaded to every server, and the name (US08) should of gave you a clue to which hotel it is for.
