It seems they are both intended for Germany. The first one (DE001) is a sumo and is some how related to this. The second one is given our to writers of a good story.

I think the DE001 Badge will be for the Swiss hotel, too. In the Swiss hotel there is the Sumo-competition and the best fighters of Germany will play against the best players of Switzerland. Every team who play in the semifinals will get this badge. So the Swiss Habbos will get it, too..
