Wow i love it!

Looks like some sort of Army officer badge.

It's rather clear where it's for. Question really is; why is it's name so weird..

I read "C.S.I." there...

Its has The 'h' for harry potter, and the bird might be his owl.

Zoom in and read the 3 letters under the 'H' - it's some investigation type campaign with the letters 'C S I'

i think for the urban collectie it is because of the crime top stories in the news of urban stuff
