Are you sure, Habbo has long given up on public rooms. It been so many months since the last public rooms came out. If they were to bring back the pool I think they would be more concerned with coding swimming tiles that were transparent
The animation looks really clumsy because its a normal sized habbo. They should bring back old zoom if they are bringing back the Lido since we will all be in swimwear anyway.

Pixel artist at habbo has just confirmed this is unrelated to lido diving. It's inlikely to come back, public rooms have been given up on
