A lot of people have been asking me if we had found the November Collectible yet and I had to say no, because really, it hadn't been uploaded yet and now we know why.
Thanks to Aussie fansite HabboHerald who pointed out that Fozzie from the Habbo AU staff had mentioned the absense of Collectibles for November (and apperently future months too).
Fozzie said this on the subject:
"Much like Lindsay Lohan and her alcohol education classes, this month's Collectible has failed to show up. But don't worry, we didn't forget about it - Collectibles are being put on hold globally for the next few months. Sit tight and we'll keep you posted with any news that comes through."
It is unknown why they have been put on hold, perhaps because of this is a busy time for Habbo (Habboween, Twilight and Christmas) or perhaps they are figuring out where to continue with the Collectibles.
We of course will keep you up to date on the matter.

They should just bring Rares back; themed collectibles are a major fail for Habbo
Collectibles -
1. No one buys them higher than what they cost in the catalog
2. The will never go up (we can't delete furni anymore)
3. The collectibles will never rise UNLESS they are needed for something and are bought bulk by another player (very unlikely)

Aw I quite like collectables 3:
Hopefully they are considering releasing them for a much shorter period or revamping the system seeing that nearly all collectibles are valueless (Devalue to less than an HC - which you can acquire whenever for the same amount by setting up a new account).
