The last two badges are definitely for an Oktoberfest-competition/campaign:

Ok DE003 is for a Event from Neuromancer the Hotel Manager he make very much with we call it "Bratwurst" like the "Bratwurst Mittwoch" he took the word "Bratwurst" into a furni und who find it get a badge
DE004 is for the codebreaker group.
