Update by Joaoo: A very nice guy from the comments (martial-law) gave us some information about this badges. Seems they're related with a TV show (anime type) called Lupin III. I think he's right, 'cuz I took an image from Google (thank you Google!) and you can see how some characters look like badges:

Cool, hã? And I also took some informations from Wikipedia (thank you very much my little friend!) and seems that those too on the image that look like the badges, have names (uau!):
- This one is called Arsène Lupin III.
- This one is called Inspector Zenigata.
